MBH Management

MBH is associated with the Ecumenical Community Center (ECC).
The MBH Board meets monthly. Six volunteer Board members average 60 service hours per month.

The MBH Policy Council meets monthly with tenants to discuss concerns, offer options and develop policies to present to the MBH Board.

Part-time property manager, Mike Williams, screens applications, collects rent, supervises cleaning and maintenance, and coordinates agency and police involvement regarding tenants.

One person only per room
$380 - $400 per month
Applications will NOT be mailed. Please stop by the Helping Hands office to apply.

Always needed for tenants:
Single-sized mattresses and box springs
Single-bed-sized sheets, pillowcases
wardrobes, small side tables, and TVs.
